The specific conditions depend on the relevant authorisation statute. Danish legislation does not stipulate any particular time limits for the consideration of applications for authorisation that are considered under Danish national rules. However, the competent authority will endeavour to make a decision with regard to your application as soon as it has received all the necessary documents. The competent authority makes a decision on the basis of an assessment of your educational qualifications and proof that you are fully qualified for the pursuit of your profession in your home country. The competent authority may choose to take your relevant professional experience into consideration.
