Competences you have gained from work experience, non-formal and informal learning can be validated in relation to adult and continuing education. This can also be helpful if you are unable to provide documentation of your qualifications.
Some education programmes offer an individual competence assessment. Depending on your competences, the competence assessment may give you access to an education programme or exemption from parts of the programme.

Academy Profession programmes within adult education and continuing education
Vocational Education and Training for Adults programmes (EUV)
General adult education (AVU) and general upper secondary education subjects
