Please use our digital application form if you have MitID (Danish digital signature for public digital services). That is the fastest way for you as well as for the Agency.
In the digital form you go through a number of steps where you provide information about yourself as a an applicant, the purpose of your application and your qualifications.
We kindly ask you to fill in the application form carefully. Our reply will be delayed if we have to ask you for further information or documentation.
The form has five steps:
The purpose of your application. You will be asked for which profession(s) you are seeking recognition. If you want a level assessment as well, please tell us under the heading "Other purposes or additional information".
When you have sent the application, you will get a receipt.
Using the form:
You will receive an automatic confirmation of your application. We will contact you in case any information or documents are missing. The decision normally takes no more than three months from submitting all of the required documents.
As far as possible, we will write to you via Digital Post.
