How do I create a user profile on e-grant.dk?

When you access the self-service portal you have two options to create an e-grant profile.

Create your user profile on e-grant:

Create a profile with username and password

  1. Go to e-grant.dk.
    Select the tap: Log in with username and password.
    Click Create new e-grant user.

  2. Fill out the form.
    Tick the checkbox I'm not a robot and follow the instructions.
    Click Register user.
    Fill out the form

  3. You will recieve an activation e-mail.


  4. Open the e-mail you have recieved from e-grant.dk, and click on the link.

  5. Choose a password.
    Click Activate user to finish your profile.

  6. Now you can login to e-grant.dk with your e-mail and password. 

Create a profile with NemID (only for Danish citizens)

  1. If you have a NemID account select the tab: Log in with NemID.
    Follow the instructions.
