We are working on a digital solution for signing financial accounts in Excel. Until such a solution is developed, you must sign your financial accounts as described below.
Print out the financial account
Sign the financial account (grantee and authorized employee)
Scan the signed financial account to a computer
Create a pdf-file of the scanned financial account
Attach the pdf-file as an attachment to the financial accounting task on your profile on e-grant.dk
