The vision is to bolster European capacity within central digital, industrial and space technologies, and support a competitive, digitised and circular European industry. The purpose of the work in Cluster 4 is also to secure foundations for progress in societal challenges.
The sub-programme covers six thematic areas:
Research and Innovation Actions, Innovation Actions as well as Coordination and Support Actions on a broad range of digital, industrial and space technologies. Project proposals must reply to a specific topic in the calls announced.
Calls within Digital, Industry and Space are published at:
Universities, other research institutions (e.g. GTS-institutes), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large companies. The programme is also relevant for national, regional and local authorities, hospitals, NGOs, trade organisations and university colleges.
Applying for a topic most often requires a consortium, spanning multiple disciplines and comprising partners from different countries. A project consortium must consist of at least three legal entities from three different EU Member States or associated countries.
