The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) support researchers at all stages of their career and across all disciplines. Transnational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility is an integral part of the programme. The aim is ultimately to make Europe attractive for top researchers.

The programme is open to researchers, universities, research institutions, research infrastructures and companies from all countries.
Researchers applying for a position under Doctoral Networks or COFUND Doctoral programmes may not have been awarded a Ph.D. at the time of recruitment by the host institution.
Researchers applying for the Postdoctoral Fellowships or a fellowship in a COFUND postdoctoral programme must be in possession of a PhD degree (or successfully have defended their doctoral thesis) and have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent research experience measured from the date stated on the PhD diploma.
