ARTES BASS Workshop – 22 September 2025

European Space Agency, (ESA) and UFS will on 22 September 10:30-13:00 host an in-person and non-mandatory workshop aimed at potential applicants. The registration deadline is September 18, 2025.

The workshop will provide insight into:

  • ARTES BASS and the Kick-Start format
  • who Kick-Starts are suited for
  • how the Danish application process to ESA is structured.

The workshop is held in person – unfortunately no online participation option will be available – and there will be opportunities to engage with ESA and UFS representatives.

Registration for the workshop is done by sending an email with the subject “Registration for ARTES BASS Kick-start Workshop 2025” to amv@ufm.dk with UFS-FVI-RUM@ufm.dk in copy.

The registration deadline is September 18, 2025.

Please specify in the email:

  • Company name
  • Number of participants attending the workshop
  • Whether the applicant has previously applied for ESA funding.
