Terms and Conditions is an English translation of 'Vilkår for bevillinger” and 'Audit guide' is an English translation of 'Revisionsinstruks'. In the event of any inconsistency between the Danish and English language version, the Danish version prevails.
The sefl-service portal "e-grant" is the place where you and your administrator can log in and get an wverview of your grants, contact us and upload accounts, reports and other material regarding your grant.
Please note that new Terms and Conditions for Grants 2025, and new Audit guide has been introduced. The new Terms and Conditions and the Audit guide apply to the administration of grants granted from and including February 1, 2025 and where the grant letter refers to the new terms and conditions.
As the new Terms and Conditions and the new Audit guide currently are in the process of being translated from Danish to English, the new Terms and Conditions and the new Audit guide are unfortunately currently only available in Danish.
For grants given before February 2025, the Terms and Conditions for grants below will continue to apply.
The Audit guide January 2015 will also continue to apply for grants given before February 2025.
The reporting forms are to be used in connection with scientific reporting in the middle of, or at the end of a funding period.
